Registration for the conference is done by sending an email with the subject “Registration IRL2025 First Name Last Name” to irl.wt@pw.edu.pl.
The email should include the following information:
- Full Name along with academic title/degree.
- Participant’s Affiliation.
- Registration type: with a paper or as a listener.
- Invoice details, including VAT ID (NIP number).
A paper submission requires attaching an abstract in both English and Polish, prepared according to the provided template: [link to the template].
Sending the email constitutes consent for the processing of the participant’s personal data in connection with their participation in the conference.

Conference Fee
The full participation fee for one person at the two-day conference is 1200 PLN. If an additional article is submitted for publication after positive reviews, an additional fee of 800 PLN will be charged.
The conference fee includes:
- Participation in the scientific program of the conference (hybrid format)
- Conference materials + abstract booklet (ISBN) (electronic version)
- Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference
- Certificate of participation in IRL2025 (electronic version)
- Accompanying events (to be defined later)
The fee does not cover accommodation, breakfasts, or dinners.
To participate in the IRL2025 conference and have the article accepted for review, timely registration, article submission, and payment to the conference organizers’ account are required.
Participation for attendees (without articles and publications) and without coffee breaks and lunch is free of charge.
